When I use a Bluetooth wireless keyboard or mouse, I hear no sound or noise from the JamVOX Monitor.

Please check the following items:

• Try connecting your JamVOX Monitor to another USB port on your computer.

• Try connecting your JamVOX Monitor to your computer after the OS has run.
